Crispy and aromatic homemade granola is very easy to prepare!
All you need to do is take oatmeal (sometimes puffed rice is used instead), your favorite nuts, seeds and dried fruits, a little honey or maple syrup and butter. Mix all the ingredients well and bake in the oven. About half an hour – and you have the most delicious breakfast or snack ready.

Oat flakes – 4 cups;
Coconut shavings – 3/4 cup;
Honey – 4 tbsp. L.;
Oil – 2 tbsp. L.;
Maple syrup or agave syrup – 2 tbsp. L.;
Nuts (any) or seeds – 1/2 cup;
Dried berries (cherries, cranberries, etc.) – 1 cup;
Vanilla – 2 teaspoons;
Cinnamon – 1 tsp.

In a bowl, mix oatmeal, coconut flakes and nuts or seeds. In a ladle or small saucepan, combine the honey, oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Heat until the mixture becomes more liquid. Remove from heat, add vanilla and stir. Pour the honey mixture into the cereal and nuts, mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment and transfer the granola. Bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees, stirring occasionally. Add raisins, cranberries or any dried berries, nut bars with cherries and chocolate to the finished granola.
Granola is best eaten with juice, kefir, yogurt or fruit. You can also make healthy bars with granola and take them with you to work or training.
